Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

International Shipping

We proudly serve golfers worldwide! Please note that we are unable to ship to parts of Asia and some remote areas (as specified in our detailed shipping policy). International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our premium golf equipment and want you to be completely confident in your purchase.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. This gives you adequate time to test your equipment and ensure it meets your performance standards on the course.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Original packaging must be intact, including all tags and protective covers.
  • A proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

⚠️ Important Note on Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Golf Balls that have been removed from their original packaging or show any signs of use.
  • Shoes that have been worn outdoors (due to turf damage concerns).

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request

Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Body: Your full name, order number, product name, and reason for return/exchange.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your return.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to:

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our facility.

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival), we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we process your return. The timing may vary depending on your financial institution:

  • Credit Card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal payments: 3-5 business days

Exchanges will be processed immediately after we receive your return. Your new item will be shipped using the same method as your original order.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Damaged or Defective Items
