Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. This gives you adequate time to test your equipment and ensure it meets your performance standards.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact, including all tags and protective covers
  • A proof of purchase or order number must be provided
Note on Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on Golf Balls that have been removed from their original packaging or show signs of use. Additionally, Shoes that have been worn outdoors cannot be returned due to turf damage concerns.

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your return.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package, and ship to:

We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our facility.

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival), we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline and Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we process your return. The timing may vary depending on your financial institution:

  • Credit Card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal payments: 3-5 business days

Exchanges will be processed immediately after we receive your return, and your new item will be shipped using the same shipping method as your original order.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). In cases where we are at fault, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

International Returns
